Grain Milling and Other Agro-Processing Services
We offer grain milling at a capacity of 40 metric tonnes per hour to meet our clients’ flour production needs.
As milling is done in real time, we can refill the hopper immediately after each batch. We charge per tonne, with or without transportation and warehousing.
Agro-Solutions for Grain Screening and Cleaning
Our grain screening service involves removing impurities and grading kernels by size, texture, or shape.
We can process 30 metric tonnes per hour and screen any type of product, from powders to grains and pellets. What’s more, we can perform screening in real time right inside the truck.
Drying Grains: Corn Drying and Soy Processing
We also offer drying services to prevent grain deterioration and ensure shelf stability.
Our agro-processing facilities boast a capacity of 100 metric tonnes per hour for corn, soy, and other grains or pulses. Producers can take advantage of this service, which is also offered with Jefo Logistique-managed batches.
Grain Grading and Analysis
Our grading laboratory is certified by the Régie des marchés agricoles et alimentaires du Québec.
Grading impacts the commercial value of grain, so precision is paramount. We use a near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) analytical system, a scale-mounted portable grain sampler, and a state-of-the-art laboratory to serve producers, buyers, and distributors.
Bagging and Debagging
Our automated bagging system, designed for 15 to 1,200 kg of product, offers a capacity of 15 metric tonnes per hour for 25 kg sacks.
We can perform quick, continuous bagging and debagging at our advanced facilities.
Containerization and Shipping
We can containerize bulk or bagged goods for your land or sea shipments.
First, we load them using a horizontal belt conveyor into modern facilities built in 2016 to accommodate 20-foot and 40-foot containers.
This service is also great for exports, such as Canadian oats (milling), soybeans sold to Japan, and more.
